A Beach-house at the resort of Narbone-Plage, from the villa to the beach in 300 meter! On the ground floor (36m²), the unit contain a kitchen corner equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a micro-wave oven, vitro-ceramic cooking top, filtered coffee maker, toaster… a living room corner fitted with a flat screen T.V. and a bed convertible couch. On the first floor, you will find a 140cm width bed and a mezzanine with a twin bed plus a double bed. Furthermore, at your disposition you will find an iron, an ironing table and a hoover. Also situated on the first floor is the bathroom, equipped with shower, hair dry and cupboard. A separate toilet is as well on the first floor. The house comes with a 15m² conservatory, a fenced courtyard, a solid permanent barbecue and private parking. |
